DUTV receives generous support from the Kal and Lucille Institute for Entertainment Industry Studies.

Cable channel 54 is an educational channel operated as a service of Drexel University under agreement with The City of Philadelphia, Department of Public Property.
 
DUTV  is dedicated to providing the people of Philadelphia with quality educational television, and providing Drexel students the opportunity to gain experience in television management and production.
 
DUTV is part of the Paul F. Harron Studios, Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design, Drexel University

Scribe Video Center’s Precious Places Community History Project
on DUTV! The 14 programs will begin airing on Thursday  
Oct.8th at 9:30pm and continue weekly to the end of December.
Produced and directed by neighborhood residents from 42 diverse
communities from across Philadelphia, Camden, NJ, Chester, PA,
and Ardmore, PA, this collection of portraits of "precious places"
combines oral history, personal archives and contemporary footage to
redefine the region. Some of these short documentaries uncover long
forgotten histories, some explore contemporary issues; all celebrate
the places we call home.
 
Each program will premiere Thursdays at 9:30pm and repeat Sat and Sun at 9:30am & 1:30pm, Mondays at 11:30am and Tuesdays and Thursday afternoon at 3:30pm.

Midweek Politics with David Pakman, the nation's youngest national talk radio host, is airing on DUTV on Tuesdays at 10am and 2am and again on Thurs, Sat & Sun at 4pm. Produced at Pacifica affiliate Valley Free Radio (WXOJ) in Northampton, Massachusetts, the weekly political talk program includes interviews with politicians and newsmakers, incisive analysis, listener phone calls, and creative special segments.
